We intend to provide our customer complete shopping satisfaction. To enhance your shopping experience and to make you believe in genuine products as well as our service commitment while understanding customer’s point of view of purchasing product without trials, we have a 10 days Refund option only for you and we do everything to make sure genuine problems and customer queries are resolved.
The 12 days Refundable policy is commissioned to facilitate the customers in case of dissatisfaction and enhancing their trust in online businesses and believe in Www.A2ZTrade.in. After receiving the defective/returned product the www.A2ZTrade.in will give us the feedback about the returned product which should not be tampered and should comply with our return acceptance policy with attaching all tags and bill and all other things stating in the original condition how it has been sent to you. If the product is not found in acceptable condition the product will be send back to you. Www.A2ZTrade.in will not allow returns on the following products:
· Hygiene Products that are opened or are used
· Cosmetics, Fragrances & Deodorants will not be returnable unless it having manufacturing defect that can be proved
· An used Merchandise
· Products perishable in nature
· Items that have been used or opened
· An item not returned in the condition it was received.
· Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
· Jewellery [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]
· Electronics and Mobiles [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect
Any articles with manufacturing defects within the warranty will be covered and it will be fully replaced by us. However, if the return by the customer complies with our acceptance policy, the Www.A2ZTrade.in has to accept the same and make necessary arrangement to provide the customer with a fresh article.
Our 12 days Refund policy is valid from date of order of the Product to the customers till 12 days (that is from the Date of order from our site). When any defect is encountered, the Customer has to inform our Help Desk through Mail or Call within 24 hours of Receipt of the Product. Issues intimated after 24 hours of receipt of the Product will not be entertained. The product that has to be returned, should reach us within 10 days of receiving the product. On successful processing of Returned items, we will either Replace the product with other or Refund the entire amount to the customer, ** on conditions as listed below:
· Products have to be in their original condition, and returned within 10 days, kindly ensure that the Returned Product reaches us within 10 days of the Product delivered to the Customer. No products will be accepted for Refund after the competition of 10 days from the date of deliver y of the product to the customer.
· Products should be returned in their original box. Damages should not be done to the price tags and labels.
· Please make sure that our Refund policy does not include Undergarments, Inner wears, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, CD’s, Books and Toys.
· Please inform our Help Desk of receipt of Damaged & Defective product within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at on +91-9409276982 or mailing us at contact@www.A2ZTrade.in
· Products and Items should be unused.
· The Company is not responsible for the damages done due to improper use and carelessness.
· There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
· In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
· In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither Www.A2ZTrade.in nor our Www.A2ZTrade.ins will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
N.B. : Kindly send the product with all necessary product tags, price tags etc. along with the shipment mentioning the Order Code/ Number. Send us the product in same condition as it was send to you so that we can replace or refund the amount of the product.
Please Note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.
Refund of the return shipping charges (Charges paid by our customer for sending the product to us) will be limited to the cost of shipping charges at Rs. 100/-. The return for shipping charges will be in the form of Coupon code, which they can redeem once for any purchase of product in the future at Www.A2ZTrade.in.
However, the below mentioned will prevail for the following specified products:
· In case of Engraved/Personalized Products, any items that have engraving or any personalization made to them are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges due to the customization of each item.
· In case of Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap, if the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Returns Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees are not refunded otherwise. Please note that if you did receive free shipping on your order, actual courier charges may be deducted from your return amount.
· In case of Discounts and Promotions, the refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.
· In case of Items under the DEALS section, the Deal items are not subject to returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the item. For shipping your return to us, we suggest using best courier or insured Parcel Post. While this will not be refunded to you, it will protect you from packages lost in transit. Please be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received.
The product should be return to the respective Www.A2ZTrade.in’s Address as specified in the invoice and not to any Www.A2ZTrade.in offices across India.
How the Refund Process works?
· For product which is incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with any manufacturing defects, kindly mail us using our contact us form available in the Help Desk, selecting the proper subject for Refund or call us at 91-9409276982 to initiate the Return process within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product. We will pay the return shipping charges as coupon code against that charges which you can redeem on your next purchase in Www.A2ZTrade.in and we will replace within 10 working days.
· We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned with the respective Www.A2ZTrade.in.
· For products bought on discount, the Refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product.
· For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque, DD or COD we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. But however we will consider best option suitable to send you the amount.
· The refund process will be initiated once we have received the products. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
· While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’
· After receiving the product www.A2ZTrade.in will give us the feedback about the returned product will should not be tampered and should comply with our return acceptance policy. If the product is not found in acceptable condition the product will be send back to you
· The Refund amount will be adjusted in the Customers My Wallet which can be accessed from the respective customers Control Panel.
· If the Customer wants the money to be deposited to his Bank Account, he/she has to contact the Help Desk and ask for the amount to be deposited to their Bank Account. In this case, if the Money is already deposited to the Customer’s Wallet, the same amount will be deducted and transferred to the Customers Bank account.
Our aim is to fully exhilarate our customers every time they visit us, if our product doesn’t satisfy you 100%; we have this 10 day Refund policy. However, make sure that the products are in its proper condition. Apart from this, any articles with manufacturing defects within the warranty will be covered and it be fully replaced by us.
In Case of Goods unavailability or service problem
· If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
· If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
· 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
· For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given
In Case of customer demanding refunds
· Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don't want suitable and available replacement of product . In express-orders only 90% refund will be given, If the delivery address is out-side the service area
· After a return has been received, it can take up to 20 business days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
· the item may be damaged during transit
· or there might be a manufacturing defect
· or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
There is Mailbox section given to customer as well as Www.A2ZTrade.in and they can use that for communication with each other using their respective customer/www.A2ZTrade.in code.
Once the payment is made customers will not be allowed to cancel the orders. Contact our Help Desk along with your order number. However, in case of cancellation the following will prevail.
In case of Cancellation of Order by Customer
· Cancellation of order within 6 hours after the Order has been placed or the Office working hours whichever is earlier (09:30 AM to 7:00PM) without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges
· If the order has been cancelled before the shipment, your entire amount will be compensated or the total amount will be credited to your wallet account or you will get a Www.A2ZTrade.in voucher. Sometimes we may also feel the necessity for additional verifications or information’s before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if some more information is required to accept your order. If your order has been cancelled after your payment is done, the charged amount will be repaid as soon as possible
· For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Help Desk by sending an Email or by Call stating your Order Code.
· In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Www.A2ZTrade.in has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept A2ZTrade.in decision regarding the cancellation.
· In case of Perishable Goods, if a customer wants to cancel the order for a product, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.
In case of Cancellation of Order by Www.A2ZTrade.in
· Www.A2ZTrade.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the Customer shall be informed of the same.
· If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the Customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available, Wrong Contact No or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by respective Www.A2ZTrade.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer.
· If the user places the order and due to some unforeseen consequences the respective Www.A2ZTrade.in is not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be repaid.
· Once the Www.A2ZTrade.in dispatches the order from their side and the user dose not raise an alert within 24 hours the money will be delivered to the Www.A2ZTrade.in.
As we are the marketplace, the respective www.A2ZTrade.in is responsible for order fulfilment, but however your money is secured with us in case you have any issue with the product and www.A2ZTrade.in will give the best support.
