Instuctions

1. Wash and dry your feet before applying detox pad.

2. Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off paper cover.

3. Place the foot pad with printed side against the adhesion.

4. Spread firmly against the bottom of the foot.

5. Allow 8 to 12 hours of wear for absorption.

You can use the KINOKI DETOX FOOT PAD on one foot only, or one on each foot, for heavier Toxins (if the Detox Pads remain dark/black for more than 2-3 nights.)  Put it on one hour before Bed, Remove in the Morning...  Repeat until the Kinoki Detox Foot pads start to turn a lighter shade of Gray, then use 2-3 times a week as maintainence...

Note: If you have a problem with a specific organ, you can use the reflexology chart as a guide of where to place the foot pads. Otherwise, you can just place them in the center of the feet.
