1. Make sure your hair is completely dry. Hair Fiber should only be used on dry hair.
2. Select the area you want to cover.
3. Hold the Hair Fiber container over thinning area (about 2-3 inches) and shake gently.
4. Once the area is covered, use your hand to "pat" the area and help disperse the fibers throughout the area. If the coverage is not complete, add more Hair Fiber and "pat" until your hair looks think and full.
5. Lightly apply Hair Fiber Hold Spray or regular hair spray to lock fibers into place (optional). Hair Fiber will stay in the place even without the use of any spray.
